We have released these movements through our Facebook and Twitter (@thenli/ @liveasalegend follow us).  Here is your official Iron Will Movement List. 

  1. Clean &  Jerk - Ground to overhead - NO continental cleans.
  2. Watt Bike - Sit or stand and pedal your ass off.
  3. 60yd shuttle run - WATCH THIS VIDEO!!!  You must touch the ground at each cone.  Please, please, please practice this.  We want a high level of competition.  TIP: work on your change of direction drills and your reaction to the start signal.

  4. Deadlift - Pick the bar up off the ground with no bouncing between reps
  5. Front Squat - Bar must be in the front rack postion you may cross arms too
  6. Sandbag Squat Clean - Video coming soon - Sandbag begins on the ground for each rep and must travel above the knee before getting under for the squat.  Sandbag must remain on shoulders until you reach full hip extension
  7. Shoulder to overhead - from the front rack position.
  8. Sandbag overhead walking lunges - hold sandbag overhead while performing walking lunge.  The trail knee must touch the field and athlete must reach full hip extension between steps
  9. Running - Pretty basic stuff
  10. Sled Drag - Run with sled being drag behind you
